The kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both a drip and single-serve coffee maker to start your mornings just the way you like. Counter seating for three keeps everyone connected while meals are prepared, while the nearby dining table for five invites family dinners, card games, or lingering breakfasts before heading out on the river.

The living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere with a plush couch, loveseat, and a wall-mounted smart TV perfect for cozy evenings indoors. Large glass sliding patio doors fill the space with natural light and draw your attention to the beautiful outdoor setting beyond. Step out onto your private patio where comfortable seating overlooks peaceful tree-lined water views, creating the ideal place to sip coffee at sunrise, unwind after a float down the river, or simply listen to the calming sounds of the Guadalupe flowing nearby.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o 2 parking passes will be provided inside the unit. Pass must be filled out and displayed in window at all times while parked inside the complex. One designated covered parking space, number 308. One additional pass will be available for an additional vehicle to park in an uncovered parking spot.
o Parking pass must be left inside unit at the conclusion of the guest stay. Failure to leave the parking pass behind will result in a replacement charge of $40.

With beautiful parks, wineries, and easy access to San Antonio and Austin, New Braunfels makes an ideal getaway for both relaxing and adventure-filled stays.



The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area and pool. Violations may incur a fine.

The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex. Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed. The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.

Between May and September, guests are asked to wear the provided wristbands that are provided inside the unit.
