TeeTime Green – On the Fairway

Step inside and you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and unwinding. The main living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas, creating an easy, connected atmosphere for conversation and entertaining. A comfortable sofa and reclining club chair invite you to settle in beside the electric fireplace, while the smart TV above sets the scene for cozy movie nights after a day on the course. Just beyond, the kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, elegant light taupe and gold granite countertops, and everything needed for preparing meals with ease. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers make mornings simple, whether you’re rushing out for an early tee time or savoring a slow sunrise in the sunroom. Counter seating for four and a dining table for four provide plenty of room for casual breakfasts, cocktails, or shared dinners.

One of the standout spaces in the home is the spacious golf course-view sunroom, where comfortable seating and panoramic fairway views create the perfect spot to sip coffee, read a book, or unwind as golfers pass by in the distance. Downstairs, the second living area offers even more room to spread out, featuring a double-chaise sofa, two reclining chairs, a mini fridge, and a high-top table that makes it ideal for game nights, watching the big game, or giving everyone their own place to relax. Outside, the covered patio extends the living space even further with a grill and outdoor dining table for al fresco meals surrounded by fresh air and peaceful resort scenery. At TeeTime Green, every detail is designed to help you settle into vacation mode the moment you arrive.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to patio with a view of the golf course.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home includes parking for 3 vehicles, 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage.
• During peak rental season, guests may have to stop at the Guard house located at the entrance to the Old Kinderhook property. Guests will let the security personnel know they are renting a villa and provide the home’s address.
• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, TeeTime Blue. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combination unit, TeeTime, for access to both properties during their stay.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Only dogs under 50 lbs are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with all local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security doorbell camera, located at the main entrance and monitoring the exterior entryway and driveway.


Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
- Pet Notes: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
