Board games are ready for cozy family game nights after long lake days. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table for eight sits front and center, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and late-night conversations. Natural light pours through oversized windows stretching across the lakeside wall, filling both the dining room and kitchen with beautiful water views. The spacious U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, baking, and meal prep, while the bar-height counter with seating for four makes it easy to gather over morning coffee or appetizers before dinner.

Outside, the lake truly becomes the centerpiece of your stay. The screened-in patio offers a comfortable outdoor dining space for four where you can enjoy meals surrounded by fresh air and peaceful lake scenery, while the grill invites easy summer cookouts. Down by the water, the private dock and boat slip make getting out on the lake effortless, and the included kayak adds even more opportunity for adventure. Above the detached garage, the loft provides a fun bonus hangout space complete with two sectional loveseats and a mini-fridge, making it the perfect retreat for kids, teens, or anyone wanting their own cozy corner after a day on the water.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a loft above the garage with 2 sectional loveseats that convert to 4 individual twin-sized beds.

Bedroom #1 is in the basement and includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, patio access and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another in the loft with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking for 3 vehicles available.
o One vehicle may park in the garage.
o The second and third vehicle may park in the marked area in front of the garage and to the right of the garage.
o Parking is perpendicular to the garage door because of the locality of the road.
o There are signs marking the space allotted for parking area, please do not park in any other spaces for this is the neighbors' property
o There is paid parking available nearby if needed. Fee is $5 per day.
 To get to the paid parking, keep going straight at the intersection of Glenna Dr, Winton Rd, and Winnow Dr - you will keep on Winnow Dr. Go approximately .1 miles. Parking is at the corner on the left. There is signage with a QR code to pay.
• Access to the loft above the garage:
o Located to the left of the garage is a flight of wooden stairs going up to the entry.
• Guests will be able to use whatever items are available on the dock including the open slip.
o A second slip contains a jet ski and there is enough room in the slip for a second jet ski to be tied up if a guest has one.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the parking area, stairway and front door.
• High chair and portable crib available.

We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
