- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in compliance with City of Pompano Beach ordinances.
- No amplified music, outdoor gatherings, or elevated noise levels are permitted during quiet hours or at any time audible to neighboring properties.
- Violations may result in immediate reservation termination and municipal fines.

No Parties or Events
- This property is licensed for short-term lodging only — parties, events, and gatherings beyond the registered guest count are strictly prohibited.
- Only guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property.

No Smoking
- This is a 100% smoke-free property — smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including indoors, on the patio, near the pool, or around any outdoor furniture.
- A minimum $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged for any violation.

Pet Policy
- Pets are permitted at this property with prior written approval from the property manager — documented service animals and emotional support animals with proper documentation are always welcome as defined under the ADA.
- If approved, pets must be supervised at all times, kept off all furniture and bedding, and all waste must be cleaned up immediately.
- Unauthorized pets or any pet damage will result in additional charges and possible reservation termination.

Pool & Dock Safety
- The private pool and dock are for registered guests only.
- No diving.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool and water.
- The dock and boat lift are available for guest use — guests assume full responsibility for any watercraft.
- No swimming in the canal.
