The galley-style kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and features major appliances, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker, along with a bar-height counter lined with four stools—ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. The living room is designed for comfort, with a brown recliner sofa and loveseat, a smart TV, and board games for easy evenings in. Just beyond, a small table for two offers a cozy spot for dining or planning the day ahead. Sliding glass doors lead you out to the waterfront patio, where peaceful cove views set the tone for relaxation. From here, you can even see the included boat slip and PWC slips, making it effortless to transition from lounging at home to enjoying time out on the water.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a full size murphy bed, and a smart TV.

This home also includes and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This unit offers parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
o One vehicle may park in the designated 632 parking spot, which will be directly in front of the unit, while the second vehicle can use any open, unlabeled parking space.
o Please note, for Building 6, there is only one available parking spot in front of the building. The second vehicle must park in front of the retaining wall across from building 5.
• Please note, this building does not have an elevator. Parking is level with the first floor of the building.

We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
