Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, Ridge Retreat and Scenic Retreat, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Inside, both hotel-style suites are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. The open-concept layouts feel bright and airy, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. Both units are equipped with bistro-style tables and TVs, making enjoying your favorite shows effortless. The kitchenettes are ideal for preparing light bites, each offering a mini refrigerator, microwave, and basic essentials—perfect for quick breakfasts or easy snacks between adventures.

During your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to a variety of convenient shared amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and a comfortable lobby lounge. A staffed front desk is available to assist with general questions, adding an extra layer of ease to your visit. Just off the lobby, a game and arcade room provides entertainment for all ages, featuring arcade classics, board games, cards, and a pool table. Both units comfortably sleep 4 guests each in a hotel-style room with 2 queen size beds.

Each unit also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• This home is a combination unit comprised of two separate suites — Ridge Retreat and Scenic Retreat. Smaller groups are encouraged to book one of the individual suites for a more comfortable stay.
• Reservations and guest support are managed exclusively by Grand Welcome, ensuring seamless communication and service throughout your stay. Experience the White Mountains with the privacy of a condo and the amenities of a classic inn.
• Check-in is contactless, you will receive detailed check-in instructions, entry codes, and unit information by email and text prior to arrival. While the front desk is available for emergencies or general property inquiries, all reservation questions and arrival matters should be directed to Grand Welcome guest services. Standard check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Please confirm your anticipated arrival time in advance.
