• Check-in is contactless, you will receive detailed check-in instructions, entry codes, and unit information by email and text prior to arrival. While the front desk is available for emergencies or general property inquiries, all reservation questions and arrival matters should be directed to Grand Welcome guest services. Standard check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Please confirm your anticipated arrival time in advance.
