The main living area is on the second floor, featuring a comfortable sectional and chairs around a gas fireplace and mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has what you need to cook at home, including a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and pots/pans. Share meals at the dining table for 6, with 4 more seats at the breakfast bar.
On the ground level, a game area offers a queen sleeper sofa and a foosball table for friendly competition. Outdoor spaces include a balcony off the primary bedroom and a back patio accessed from the lower bedrooms. A private BBQ is provided, and in-home laundry makes longer stays a breeze.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, for guest safety, located at the front door and monitoring the front entrance area.
• Due to Mammoth Lakes remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
