Stillwater on Doe – Lakefront

Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed into an open-concept living space where the living room, kitchen, and bar flow together effortlessly. The living room greets you first, furnished with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, while a smart TV rests atop an electric fireplace console for cozy evenings in. The kitchen remains connected to it all with its L-shaped layout and counter-height island seating four—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or gathering with friends and family.

Just off the main living area, a set of French doors leads into a sunlit dining room surrounded by windows on three sides, creating a bright and inviting setting for meals at the table for six. This space opens doubles as a cozy rec area complete with a sofa, extra fridge, smart TV, and a cabinet stocked with board games, playing cards, and even a yoga mat for relaxed mornings. Outside, the deck invites you to grill and dine al fresco while taking in lake views, while the lower-level patio offers comfortable seating for unwinding after a day on the water—making every moment at Stillwater on Doe feel effortlessly connected to the beauty of the lake.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the rec area.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home allows parking for up to 6 vehicles. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage and in the designated gravel parking area directly across the street.
• Please park only in these designated areas and do not park in spaces belonging to neighboring homes or block the roadway. Trailer parking is permitted; however, please note that trailers will reduce the total number of vehicles that can park at the property. The garage is not available for guest use.
• 10x23 boat slip available. Guests may park a trailer onsite in the gravel area directly across the street from the house. The two closest boat launches are at Ha Ha Tonka State Park (14.5 mm) or the Larry R Gale Access (1 mm).
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located on the garage and actively monitoring the street, (2) located near the front door and actively monitoring the exterior front door area, and (3) located on the back of the house and actively monitoring the yard/dock.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 1 dog per stay — dogs under 50 lbs only.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- No fireworks.
- No parties — please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws, which require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
