The living room features a sofa, recliner, smart TV, and console cabinet, offering a cozy place to unwind after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and includes counter seating for four, while a nearby dining table for two provides a convenient spot for casual meals or morning coffee. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony, where water views and a table for al fresco dining create the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast, evening drinks, or simply take in the peaceful lake atmosphere.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the community room next to the pool.
• This home includes parking for 2 vehicles.
o One vehicle may park in the designated C105 space located in front of Building C.
o The second vehicle may park in any available parking space marked for guests.
o Please do not park in any other marked spaces, as they are reserved for other units in the building.
• The unit is located on the 1st floor of Building C. Parking is located even with the second floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We recommend children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws, which require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
