Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. The living room features a smart TV, couch with chaise lounger, and armchair, while the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, white stone counters, and counter seating for four. A nearby dining table for six completes the space, making Mountain View Retreat a comfortable and stylish place to relax after enjoying everything Palm Springs has to offer.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a bonus room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

The bonus room (garage conversion) includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking for 3 vehicles available.
• Step-free access.
• No parties; there are strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am per Palm Springs regulations.
• Pool heat can be added on for $100 per day, recommended October – May. We require the pool to be heated throughout the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. This is a 100% optional add on. It takes 20 hours to heat the pool to temperature.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pet, under 35 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry,
o (2) located at the garage door and actively monitoring the driveway and the street.
• Long-term stays allowed.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
