Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the lanai.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security camera(s);
o (1) located at the entryway and actively monitoring the front door area, and
o (2) located at the entryway hallway facing the hallway wall. This camera is on the ADT alarm system.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
