The oversized island seats 12, and there’s a separate dining area with seating for 6 for sit-down meals.
Just off the kitchen, a game area invites friendly competition with a shuffleboard table and a game table for four. Sleeping spaces include three bedrooms, with the primary suite on the main level and a lofted second bedroom upstairs. Bathrooms include a convenient half bath on the main level, a full bath upstairs, and a spacious primary ensuite with a walk-in shower and separate tub.

Important Things to Note:
• Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing the nearest public parking garage located at 2nd Avenue (and 3rd - sister sites) and Commerce Street, situated less than a block from Nashville Riverfront Lofts.
• This is a two-story condo on the 3rd floor—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the bedrooms.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

- No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
- Vacation rental use only.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
- Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
- Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
- Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
- Cleaning: Load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Our cleaning crew will remove trash upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
- Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
- Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
- Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
- Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
- Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
- Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
- Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
