The kitchen features stone counters, counter seating for two, and everything needed for easy island meals, all positioned to take in the coastal scenery. A dining table for six sits nearby, ideal for shared dinners after a day in the sun. The living room continues the relaxed tropical feel with a couch, armchairs, and a smart TV, all arranged to capture the beautiful water views. Step outside to your private balcony, where a table for two invites morning coffee, sunset drinks, and unforgettable moments overlooking the sparkling bay.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Visiting Kailua-Kona offers a laid-back oceanfront escape where sunny days are filled with snorkeling, beach hopping, and unforgettable sunsets along the Kona Coast. Stroll the historic waterfront lined with local shops and open-air restaurants, explore nearby lava rock beaches, or head out for snorkeling in clear tropical waters teeming with marine life. From coffee farm tours and manta ray night dives to scenic drives along the coastline, Kailua-Kona blends island adventure with relaxed Hawaiian charm, making it an ideal destination for both exploration and pure relaxation.
This home is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area are just 5 minutes away where you can enjoy amazing snorkeling along coral reefs or take leisurely strolls along a mile-long white sand beach or the secluded coves among rows of coconut palms and ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Mountain and sea canyon hiking can also be found nearby.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

Summary Sheet for Guests
The following rules have been adapted by the Kahalu’u Bay Villas Association applicable to both residents and tenants to provide for the benefit of all.
1) NOISE: Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am Sunday through Thursday and 12 midnight to 8 am Friday and Saturday, or on nights preceding holidays.
2) CHILDREN No playing in the corridors, stairways, lift or garage area, no running up and down hallways or stairwells.
3) PETS: None permitted.
4) LANAIS: No open flames (barbecues), no garments, towels or other materials to be hung
from the railings. Bicycles and surfboards must be stored inside the unit and not on the lanai or in hallways.
5) GROUNDS: No cutting or picking flowers or shrubbery. Common fruit (papayas, bananas, mangoes) can be shared by the guests when found in the pool area. Fruit is harvested by the gardeners only.
6) POOL: No glass items permitted in the pool area for safety reasons, only plastic cups or
cans. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. In case of emergency, dial 911 for the Fire Department. Please adhere to pool rules clearly displayed in pool area. Pool entry is by key. Same key is used for the pool restroom. Pool gate should be
closed gently. Please ensure that pool gate is locked upon exit.
7) TRASH: All trash must be bagged and tied before placing it in the trash chute located in the well to the right of the open air recess on each floor. Recycling for “redeemable” items (must have recycling symbol on item) is in the large identifiable container positioned to the left of the elevator in the garage. Slots are clearly marked for Plastic, Glass, Metal. Items bigger than the slot openings but still clearly marked as recyclable, should be left on the side of the recycling box. We do not recycle paper or cardboard. Please break down boxes, bundle the cardboard and leave by the trash room in the garage.
8) SMOKING: KBV is an entirely smoke free residential property. Smoking is not permitted on the lanais, in the common areas of the main building, pool or anywhere on the grounds. Smoking is allowed beyond the driveway at street side
