This property at 1760 Bel Air Ave in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is operated in full compliance with Broward County and local municipal short-term rental regulations, and by booking this home guests agree to abide by all rules outlined herein.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, marijuana, or any combustion device is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling; a $500 fine plus mitigation costs up to $1,500 will be charged if smoke is detected by in-unit air quality monitors, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Pets or animals are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing, and service animals must be disclosed in advance; unauthorized animals will result in a $500 fine plus additional cleaning costs and possible removal without refund.
Maximum occupancy is limited to 7 persons at all times, including visitors, in accordance with Broward County life-safety code; parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
Parking is restricted to designated on-site spaces with a maximum of 3 vehicles; street parking where prohibited, blocking sidewalks, swales, driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring property is not allowed and may result in ticketing or towing at the guest’s expense.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances, and noise must not be audible from the property line at any time.
