This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, an accent chair, a smart TV, access to a screened-in balcony with a table for 4, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized dual vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, access to a private screened-in balcony with a small table, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available, passes required.
o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.
o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.
• Portable crib provided.

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
