The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Flex Brew pod coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for easy meals, along with counter seating for four. Nearby, a bar-style table for three offers another casual spot for dining or morning coffee. The living room invites you to relax with two couches arranged around a smart TV and electric fireplace, while dual sliding doors draw your attention to the beautiful water views beyond.

Step outside to the private balcony where a table for two sets the stage for al fresco meals overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail at sunset while taking in the incredible scenery. With its open living space, comfortable furnishings, and stunning waterfront views, Lakefront Vibes provides a laid-back lake getaway that’s easy to settle into and hard to leave.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Parking is located even with the third floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a long flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.
• We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost, this does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
