Downstairs, the basement living area creates the ultimate hangout zone with a large wraparound couch, smart TV, and bar-style seating for four alongside a convenient wet bar. Sliding doors lead directly to the lower deck, making it simple to move between indoor relaxation and lakeside fun. With spacious gathering areas, stunning water views, and direct lake access, Cozy Cove Escape offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and waterfront adventure.

This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.

Bedroom #3 is Rolling Stones themed and includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and 2 lofted twin size beds.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed, a lofted twin size beds, and a smart TV.

This home includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• This home offers parking for up to 4 vehicles in the circular driveway.
o Please note the garage is not available for guest use during your stay.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost, this does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring doorbell camera located at and actively monitoring the front door and the driveway.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.
