Guests will also enjoy access to the community’s multiple pools, offering several great options to cool off, unwind, and make the most of your stay.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the sitting room off the master bedroom.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and deck access.
This home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available in front of the building. Parking passes are required and must be clearly displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle. Passes will be located inside the unit upon arrival and must be returned before departure.
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Step-free access.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
