Important Things to Note
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home. Please see photos for reference.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service in the area can also be spotty at times.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles only.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the home; there’s also a laundromat nearby if needed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly; no animals are permitted.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
8 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pet Policy:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
