Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed, a smart TV, and a standing desk.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the entry area, and (2) located at the back of the house and actively monitoring the back entry area.

CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RENTAL LAWS

These laws were established by the local government to ensure everyone enjoys Tahoe respectfully and peacefully. These are not Grand Welcome's rules — they are actual laws. The following is strictly prohibited:

- Excessive noise, parties, or events of any kind
- Over-occupying the home or having unregistered guests
- Extra vehicles, street parking, or parking on dirt
- Hot tub use after 10:00 PM (strictly enforced)
- Leaving trash outside

Please be aware that neighbors are fully informed of these laws and will report violations to local police. Police-issued fines can be significant, and each violation counts as a strike against the owner's rental permit — three strikes results in permanent loss of the permit. Our local team monitors for violations and may send a courtesy text if needed; this is simply our team doing their job. Please note that we reserve the right to issue fines of up to $2,000 or evict your party for non-compliance.
