Noise Regulations
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in compliance with City of Pompano Beach ordinances and neighborhood standards
- During quiet hours, no loud music, outdoor gatherings, shouting, or amplified sound is permitted
- Outdoor speakers or amplified music audible from neighboring properties are prohibited at any time
- Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep all activity at a reasonable volume throughout their stay
- Violations may result in immediate reservation termination, removal from the property without refund, and/or municipal fines issued by the City of Pompano Beach

No Parties or Events
- This property is licensed for short-term lodging only — parties, events, large gatherings, and commercial activities of any kind are strictly prohibited
- Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property at any time

No Smoking Policy
- This is a 100% smoke-free property — smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana are prohibited everywhere on the premises, including indoors, on any patio, balcony, or outdoor area, and near any doors, windows, or furniture
- A minimum $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged for any violation

Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted at this property, with the exception of documented service animals as defined under the ADA or emotional support animals with proper documentation
- All other pets require prior written approval from the property manager before arrival
- If approval is granted, pets must be house-trained and supervised at all times, may not be left unattended unless crated, and are not permitted on furniture or bedding
- All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately
- Unauthorized pets or any pet damage will result in additional charges and possible reservation termination

Occupancy Limits
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times, day and night
- Exceeding the permitted occupancy at any time may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund

Parking Rules
- Maximum 1 vehicle — designated parking areas only
- Do not block the sidewalk, street, or neighboring driveways
- No parking on landscaping or lawns
- Follow all posted City of Pompano Beach parking regulations at all times
