• Bedroom 1 (1st floor): Queen bed, desk, and pool/deck access (sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 3 (Basement): Two twin beds, ensuite bath, and pool/patio access (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4 (Basement): Full bed and desk (sleeps 2)

• Bathroom 1 (1st floor): Half bath
• Bathroom 2 (1st floor): Shared bathroom with large single vanity and separate tub and shower
• Bathroom 3 (Basement): Ensuite bathroom with pedestal sink and shower

Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for two cars (tandem) in the driveway. Street parking is also available on a first come, first served basis. The garage is not available to guests.
• This is a two-story home—stairs are required to access some of the bedrooms as well as the pool.
• The pool is seasonal and only available from May through September.
• There is no gate around the pool area so please supervise children.
• The fireplace is for decoration only.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits:
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
