Step inside and the open living space immediately draws your eyes to the sparkling lake beyond. The comfortable living room is designed for gathering, with an L-shaped couch, cozy armchairs, a smart TV, and even a convenient bar area for evening drinks after a day on the water. Just beside it, the spacious kitchen flows effortlessly into the living area, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. A Keurig and drip coffee maker keeps mornings simple, and the dining table can expand to welcome up to eight guests for shared meals and game nights. Outside, the private lakefront patio invites you to relax, soak in the views, and enjoy the peaceful Ozark atmosphere from the comfort of your own outdoor space.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds.

This home includes and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This unit offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot located in front of the building.
• Please note, this unit is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs down from the parking level). The building is NOT equipped with an elevator.
• Boat slip: A 10' x 24' boat slip with a boat lift is included with your stay. The boat lift should be left in the lowered position during all guest stays. Due to the lift and slip configuration, the slip is suitable for pontoon boats and most fishing boats only. Deep-V hull boats are not compatible. Guests are responsible for confirming that their boat is compatible with the slip and lift prior to arrival. The host is not responsible if a guest's boat does not fit or cannot be accommodated.
• Nearest boat launch is Public Beach 2 in osage beach (PB2).
• Boat trailers must be parked in the trailer lot, NOT in the residential parking lot.
o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. We recommend guests under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
