The comfortable living room is designed for gathering, with an L-shaped couch, cozy armchairs, a smart TV, and even a convenient bar area for evening drinks after a day on the water. Just beside it, the spacious kitchen flows effortlessly into the living area, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. A Keurig and drip combo coffee maker keeps mornings simple, and the dining table can expand to welcome up to eight guests for shared meals and game nights. Outside, the private lakefront patio invites you to relax, soak in the views, and enjoy the peaceful Ozark atmosphere from the comfort of your own outdoor space.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds.

This home includes and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This unit offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot located in front of the building.
• Please note, this unit is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs down from the parking level). The building is NOT equipped with an elevator.
• Boat slip: 10x24 slip, number D-2L
• Boat trailers must be parked in the trailer lot, NOT in the residential parking lot. There is a boat slip available with this condo. It is located on Dock B 2L. Nearest boat launch is Public Beach 2 in osage beach (PB2).

We recommend guests under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
