The living room centers around a cozy fireplace with a plush couch, loveseat, and armchair arranged perfectly for movie nights on the smart TV. Large sliding glass doors draw your eyes straight to the water and lead out to a spacious deck where plenty of seating invites you to relax with morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the lake. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a counter with seating for four, ideal for chatting while meals are prepared. A dining table for six makes it easy to gather everyone together, completing a space that feels equal parts relaxing lakeside retreat and welcoming home away from home.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note, this unit is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs down from the parking level). The building is NOT equipped with an elevator.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available located in front of the building.
o Parking is level with the 2nd floor, so guests will need to descend one flight of stairs to reach the unit entrance.
o Please note that boat trailers must be parked in the trailer lot and are not permitted in the residential parking lot. The nearest boat launch is Public Beach 2 (PB2) in Osage Beach.
o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. - We require all guests to adhere to local state laws, which require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water
