A Frame Escape – Lake Access

Step inside A Frame Escape and you’re welcomed by a charming, comfortable living space designed for relaxing after a day on the water. The lower-level living room features a cozy couch and smart TV, along with a corner high-top table with four stools—perfect for morning coffee or late-night card games. The compact kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and fully equipped, with counter seating for four that makes cooking and gathering feel easy and social. Outside, the lake becomes your backyard playground with direct water access, a boat slip and dock, plus two kayaks ready for exploring the calm coves. Fire up the grill for a lakeside meal, then end the evening gathered around the glowing fire pit, sharing stories as the sun sets over the water.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a twin size sleeper sofa, a twin size daybed, and a twin size trundle bed in the upstairs lounge.

The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and balcony access.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available in the designated space in front of the home.
o Please park only in the assigned space and do not use areas belonging to neighboring homes or block the roadway.
o If you have an additional vehicle, street parking may be available on the hill in front of the home on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Parking is level with upstairs of the home.
o Trailer parking is not permitted at this property.
• There is one boat slip sized (10x20).
o Water is low during the off season, guests will not be able to use the boat slip and dock when the lake levels are low.
• Two kayaks are available for use.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and monitoring the parking space & door, and (2) located on the back deck and monitoring the rear door and waterfront.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o A maximum of one pet per stay is allowed. Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
