o You will need to obtain a parking pass at the front gate. Unassigned parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot in front of building 3.

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
