Important Things to Note
• Parking: Limited to 1 vehicle. You may use street parking or a space in the building’s underground garage; both are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. There is no additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control; stairs are required if the elevator is • unavailable. In case of emergency, please use the stairs.
• Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available in the unit.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly and do not bring pets.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
