★ON-SITE PARKING FOR UP TO 2 CARS★
Cramming 6 people, 6+ suitcases, beach chairs, pool floats, and coolers into your aunt’s minivan doesn’t sound fun, does it? Luckily, you can park up to 2 cars at the on-site parking lot right on this property! We can provide up to 2 parking passes (for two vehicles) at no additional cost during your stay. We will leave one parking pass on your home’s kitchen counter.

If you’re bringing a second vehicle, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check-in so we can make arrangements for a second parking pass. Please note that only one car can park in the covered parking section under the building.

We’ll be up-front: You might need to draw straws to see who gets the coveted primary bedroom (from which you can take a peek at the beach first thing in the morning). But the other two sleeping options come with perks, too.

Up to 4 guests can stay in the secondary bedroom’s queen bed and twin XL bunk beds (perfect for the chatty cathys in the group), and two guests can opt for the sofa pull-out bed for a bit more privacy and quiet!

✔ Lartigue’s Seafood: Located right across the street from this home, Lartigue’s has the best seafood boil on the island, and doesn’t make you feel like you need to get all dressed up. Pop in for a casual dinner or call ahead for an easy takeout order!

The Wharf is already one of our favorite spots for dining, shopping, and hanging out. The only thing that could make it better is this exciting semi-annual car show! The festival operates on one simple premise: “Bring your dream ride + cruise with us!”, so there are no restrictions on what cars can be entered. You never know what you’re going to see!

While you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to do is worry about extra chores. All of our homes are thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned after each stay, and we don’t skimp on the details. Our team sanitizes every nook and cranny, right down to the light switches and TV remotes. Dive into fresh linens, soak in freshly-scrubbed tubs, and enjoy sand-free floors from the moment your vacation begins!

★ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER★
We understand that accidents happen! A small fee will be included in all reservations to help account for spills, cracks, and other small accidents. If something breaks or gets stained during your stay, please let us know prior to checkout to avoid any additional fees and to help us ensure that your home is properly tidied up before the next guest arrives.

★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
We don’t want to totally rain on your parade, but we do need to ask that you refrain from smoking and vaping while you’re inside the home. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charges for odor removal or furniture cleaning.

★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS★
We ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own. Please do not invite unauthorized guests or host large parties or events during your stay.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted for guests at this unit.

Parking
• Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit.
• There are no reserved parking spaces.
• Only one (1) space per unit is allowed under the building.
• A valid Harbour Place Guest Registration Certificate must be displayed at all times.
• Vehicles parked overnight for 2 consecutive nights without proper registration may be towed at the guest's expense
• No oversized RVs or trucks allowed.
• No boats or personal watercraft under the building. Trailer parking requires a permit and counts as one of the two allowed spaces.

Noise & Disturbance
• No excessive noise or disturbances.
• Radios, stereos, and TVs must be kept at conversation levels.

Common Areas
• Hallways, stairs, driveways, and sidewalks must not be obstructed.
• No vehicle parking outside designated spaces.

Balconies
• No hanging clothes, towels, or other items on balcony railings.

Grilling
• Only electric grills are permitted.
• Open-flame grills are not allowed.

Fireworks & Firearms
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• Discharge of firearms is prohibited.

Pool & Hot Tub
• Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No running, roughhousing, or boisterous behavior.
• Pool and common area furniture must remain in designated areas.
• No chemicals or soap in pool or hot tub.
• Pool and hot tub are closed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Garbage
• All trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in the designated dumpster near the street.
• Do not leave trash in hallways or under the building.

Luggage Carts
• Must be returned to the ground floor beside the Maintenance Office after use.

Car & Boat Washing
• Not permitted on the property.
