Washer and dryer in home.
Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available. 1 bay boat/trailer could also fit in the driveway if not all car spots are used. Street parking is limited and subject to Port Aransas authorities.
Stairs required. The main house is located on the second level—please walk up one flight of stairs to access the entry door.
The downstairs bedroom has a separate ground-floor entrance and no stairs are required.
NO PETS are allowed at this property.

Outdoor lovers can fish the jetties, book offshore charters, kayak the flats, explore the dunes at Mustang Island State Park, birdwatch at Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, or take the ferry to Corpus Christi for a day trip. In summer, you may even witness sea turtle hatchlings making their first journey to the Gulf along Padre Island. Port Aransas feels relaxed and exciting at the same time — beach bonfires, boating culture, rooftop sunsets, and simple moments that turn into lasting memories — which is why once you visit, you start planning your return.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay.
Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund.
Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed.
The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
