Lucky Duck – Lakefront, Fire Pit

Step inside to an open living, kitchen, and dining space designed to make the most of its stunning waterfront location. The living room feels light and airy, with a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a smart TV, and walls of windows that frame the water and fill the space with natural light. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living area and features stainless steel appliances and island seating for three, making it easy to gather while meals come together. Just beyond, the dining area is surrounded by windows and offers a table for six, turning every meal into a scenic experience. A sliding door leads directly out to the deck, extending your living space outdoors.

Downstairs, the lower-level den provides a cozy retreat with a couch that easily pulls out into a full-sized bed—perfect for unwinding with a book, enjoying a quiet moment away from the main living area, or accommodating additional overnight guests. Outside is where Lucky Duck truly shines. The deck is set up for memorable lake days and evenings, complete with a grill, a table for al fresco dining, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just steps away, a fire pit beside the water and dock invites you to gather under the stars, share stories, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the lake. Lucky Duck is the perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and relaxed lake living—an ideal spot to slow down and savor every moment.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full sized futon located in the basement.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms: one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note that the PWC lifts on the docks are not available for guest use, as the owners will have their personal watercraft stored on the lifts.
• Parking for 4vehicles is available in front of the home:
o 1 vehicle may park in the area to the left of the house.
o 2 vehicles may park parallel to the road against the rock wall across from the house
o 1 vehicle may park on the other side of the propane tank to the right of the house
o Please be mindful not to encroach on the parking areas of the neighboring homes on either side, and ensure that vehicles can still pass safely along the road.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras:
o (1) located on the wood post to the right of the front door and actively monitoring the parking and front door areas,
o (2) located on the wood post on the walkway on the right side of the house and actively monitoring the side walkway and kitchen door,
o (3) location on the wood post at the top of the stairs on the dock and actively monitoring the dock area, and
o (4) located on the wood post at the bottom of the stairs to the dock and actively monitoring the dock.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o This home is pet friendly. A maximum of two pets per stay is allowed. Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
