• Please note that the elevators are NOT guaranteed to be in working order and there are stairs required if elevators are not working.
• Parking: Stop at the front gate upon arrival to pick up your parking pass. Unassigned parking is available in the lot for up to 2 cars on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that no utility trucks are permitted on property per the Regime/HOA.

• Communal Amenities: Pools, hot tub, fitness center, and other resort amenities are shared and managed by the building/HOA. Availability and hours may vary and are subject to maintenance.
• Entire complex is pet-free. Regime security will fine you if they see a pet anywhere on property. This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please reach out before booking with any questions.
