Bedroom #1 is Mickey/jungle-themed and includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and an oversized shower/tub combo.

This home also includes a half bathroom and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• A pack-and-play or high chair is available for an additional $75 each. Please contact Guest services to have these fees added.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required and issued at the gate.
o Must list the two vehicle’s that will be parked on the property and also register at the guardhouse.
o No commercial vehicles allowed on the property and all vehicles on the property and the overflow lot must have valid registration and insurance.
o An overflow parking lot is to be used for owners/renters who have more than the allotted cars for each community. All vehicles that use this lot must register with the guards before being allowed to use this lot.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entryway and walkway.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
