• Driveway, off alley, and off the street, parking accommodates 9 vehicles parking for 9 vehicles available. There is parking on the street in front of the property and also off of the alley.
• This rental is the parent unit of three composite units, Unit A - 1906 Haus, Unit B - Tank House, & Unit C - Cypress Creek Cabin. Smaller parties are encouraged to rent separately one of the smaller units, while larger parties should rent the entire property.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the alley parking and actively monitoring the alley and parking area,
o (2) located at the front door of the main house and actively monitoring the porch and street,
o (3) located at the backyard and actively monitoring the back of the main house.
