Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

- Communal, coin-operated laundry facilities available.
- Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
- Communal Pool / Hot tub! - Please note - Pool is closed for winter season.

- Central location for South Lake - 1 mile to the lake!
- Close to Timber Cove beach - 5 minute bike ride , 15 minute walk
- This unit is part of a 4 plex. This unit sits on the 2nd floor on the right hand side.
- Please note these units share walls with the bottom and right side unit.
- During winter months, the HOA clears the parking area during snow storms, the HOA is not responsible for any damages from snow removal during the winter.

These new rental laws were put forth by the local government to ensure everyone enjoys Tahoe respectfully and peacefully. These are not Grand Welcome’s rules, these are actual laws. Per the ordinance, the following is not allowed:
- Excessive noise, parties or events of any kind.
- Over occupying the home/having extra people.
- Extra cars, street or on-dirt parking.
- Hot tub use after 10pm, if applicable. This one is strict at 10pm!
- Leaving trash outside.
**Neighbors are fully aware of these laws and will unfortunately report renters to the local police if not followed. If the police are called, they may issue you a large fine. It’s also a strike against this owners rental permit. 3 strikes and they lose their permit and ability to rent indefinitely so it’s really important all of the laws are followed. Our local team is on standby to receive calls from the neighbors and police so don’t be surprised if you get a courtesy text from us. It is not meant to disturb you in anyway, it’s just our team doing their job. Please note, we reserve the right to fine you up to $2,000 or evict your party for not following any of the above laws. We absolutely despise doing this so please, if you get a text from us make sure to heed our warning.
