Comprised of 2 completely separate units that can be booked individually, Osprey’s Nest and Eagle’s Nest, guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book both together for a larger space at this mountain escape through the duration of your stay. Both suites at this mountain escape are thoughtfully furnished for comfort, both offer welcoming studio layouts designed for easy relaxation between outings—each equipped with a smart TV, a table for two, and a mini fridge for simple snacks and quick meals. To round out your stay, guests receive shared access to the property’s amenities—including an indoor heated pool, workout room, and welcoming lobby lounge with a microwave and coffee bar. Just beyond the lobby, an arcade and game room offer rainy-day entertainment for both kids and adults.

With its walkable location, thoughtful comforts, and access to resort-style perks, The Roost makes an excellent home base for weekend escapes or spontaneous White Mountains adventures.

• The Roost combines both neighboring homes—Eagle’s Nest and Osprey’s Nest—into one spacious retreat ideal for larger groups. If you're traveling with a smaller party, you may prefer booking just one of the individual units for your getaway.
• Reservations and guest support are managed exclusively by Grand Welcome, ensuring seamless communication and service throughout your stay. Experience the White Mountains with the privacy of a condo and the amenities of a classic inn.
