The main living areas are designed for comfort, featuring a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a media/game room complete with arcade games and a sleeper sofa for evening entertainment.

When you aren't out exploring the park, you can unwind on the deck in your private hot tub or enjoy a quiet evening by one of the gas fireplaces. Whether you're working remotely at the laptop-friendly workspace or gathering for a movie on one of the streaming TVs, this cabin provides all the essentials for a memorable mountain getaway.

Layout
• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed with an in-room jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and streaming TV. Sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): King bed with an in-room jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, streaming TV, and direct deck access. Sleeps 2.
• Media/Game Room (Lower Level): Features a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Sleeps 2.

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1 (Main Level) with a walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Bedroom 2 (Lower Level) with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Private paved driveway with space for 2–3 vehicles.
• Wi-Fi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty throughout the area.
• Stairs: Please note that this home features multiple levels and stairs are required to access the lower-level bedrooms and amenities.
• Seasonal Fireplaces: Gas fireplaces are seasonal and available for use from October through March.
• Winter Travel: During winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles may be required to safely navigate mountain roads.
• Laundry: A private stacked washer and dryer are available for guest use, located in the lower-level media room closet.
• Pet Policy: This property is strictly not pet-friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
• Check-in and Checkout: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check-in or late checkout requests in advance.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• Essentials Provided: We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Kitchen Supplies: Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.


1. Must be 21+ to book.
2. No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
3. Vacation rental use only.
4. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
5. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
6. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
7. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
8. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
9. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
10. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
11. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
12. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
13. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
14. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
15. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
16. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
17. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
18. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
19. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
