The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and utensils, features both drip and single‑serve coffee options, and offers ample counter space—making it easy to prepare meals or snacks during your stay.

The dining area comfortably seats four and serves as a versatile gathering space for shared meals, game nights, or planning the day’s adventures. Just steps away, the bar‑style counter offers four additional barstool seats, perfect for casual dining, conversation, or enjoying drinks while meals are prepared. Set within the open‑concept layout, the space allows everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, or relaxing nearby.

Bright and inviting, this open living area features comfortable seating, including a queen‑size sleeper sofa, love seat, a large smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Coastal décor—highlighted by soft blue hues, beach‑inspired artwork, and warm natural accents—creates a relaxed, seaside atmosphere. Sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to the private balcony, enhancing the airy, coastal feel.

Private Balcony Views:
Just off the living area, sliding glass doors lead directly onto a private balcony with a high‑top table for two. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of the water and the lagoon‑style resort pool, with partial Gulf views in the distance.

Primary Suite:
Features a king‑size bed, a smart TV with cable, blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan for added comfort, along with views of the lagoon‑style resort pool and partial Gulf views. The room also includes a spacious closet with ample storage. The ensuite bathroom offers a single vanity and a shower/tub combination with a large soaking tub, creating a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

Second Bedroom:
Features twin‑over‑full bunk beds, making it an ideal space for kids, along with a ceiling fan for added comfort. The room also includes an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk‑in shower. For added convenience, the in‑unit washer and dryer are located here, making laundry during your stay quick and easy.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Essentials & Guidebook:
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can.

We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy. We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!

All guests are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive their building and condo key cards, along with their welcome packet. These key cards are required to access the building, the parking garage/back lot, and the unit. Please be sure to stop by the front desk before heading to the condo.
