o Outdoor amenities—such as the yard, pool, cabanas, and other exterior spaces—are shared among all four units on the property.
o Laundry facilities, located in the courtyard, are also shared by all four units, as is the parking area.
• For larger groups seeking additional privacy and expanded access, we recommend booking one of the combination options: Rainbow Falls House, which includes Units 1, 2, and 3, or Rainbow Falls Estate, which combines all four units into a single reservation. These options allow groups to enjoy multiple accommodations together while maintaining convenient access to shared amenities.
