• Private washer & dryer, iron and ironing board available for guest use.
• Spacious outdoor living area with dining space ideal for group meals and gatherings.

• Lounge Chairs (6) by the pool invite you to sun and swim.
• Carolina Room has a round table and 4 chairs for playing games or setting up a workspace.
• Coat Hangers are available in all closets for guest use.
• Beach Cart is available to haul beach toys, food & drinks to the beach.
• Landscape Lighting at night makes it a pleasure to swim or relax by the pool.
• Every bedroom has a Smart TV and a ROKU.
• Living room has a 75” Smart TV, a ROKU, Sound bar and Blue-ray DVD player.

Layout:
Bedroom #1: Main floor, sleeps 2, 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom #1 with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2: Main floor, sleeps 2, 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom #2 with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3: Main floor, sleeps 3, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, ensuite bathroom #3 with shower.
Bedroom #4: Main floor, sleeps 3, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, ensuite bathroom #4 with shower/tub combo.
Additional Sleeping: Carolina Room, queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 2.

Important Things to Note:
• Kitchen includes mixers, blender, food processor, toaster, electric can opener and 2 coffee makers, K-cup and standard.
• No smoking anywhere on premises.
• E-bikes are not allowed in Sea Pines.
• Sea Pines does not allow towels, bathing suits or clothes to be placed on railings or fences.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• Pool Heating is available for daily additional rate of $100 and must call 48 hours in advance to request.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided. Add to end of things to note section if others are included.

Check-In/Check-Out
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
Must be pre-approved.
If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees.
Use appliances as intended.
Parking
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
Safety & Security
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits
