This third-floor 2BR/2BA condo sleeps up to 4 guests and offers beautiful views of Port Royal Sound and Fish Haul Beach, while putting you close to beaches, parks, and community amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, and tennis.
Description
Enjoy simple downtime with board games or streaming on the Smart TVs (one in each bedroom). Head to the beach with provided beach essentials, then return for a relaxed evening in the Carolina room, where beautiful views of Port Royal Sound can also be enjoyed—along with scenic outlooks from Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. You’ll also have access to The Spa community amenities, including indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pools, sauna, gym, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a children's playground.

Important Things to Note:
• Please note the home is on the 3rd floor, stairs are required.
•Parking passes must be paid for in cash at the security kiosk upon arrival. Passes are $25 each, with a maximum of 2 passes authorized per reservation..
• Community amenities: Pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, BBQ area, and a children's playground are shared with other residents/guests. Availability and maintenance are managed by the building/HOA.
• A private washer and dryer are provided in the unit.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
Occupancy
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pets
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
