Description Description
This two-level condo is comfortable and practical for families or small groups. The main level features an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa and an adjacent full kitchen stocked with basic cookware, bakeware, and utensils, plus a dining area for easy meals after mountain adventures. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, and each has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

When you’re not out exploring, enjoy on-site community amenities including a hot tub, sauna, shared charcoal grills (summer only), and coin-operated laundry. Parking is available in the complex lot, and the condo’s location offers quick access to local shuttles and The Village.

Things to note:
• Unassigned parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Mammoth View Villas parking lot on a first come, first serve basis.
• Communal coin laundry is available during your stay. Laundry Room hours: 8:30am-9:30pm
• Shared community charcoal grills are only available during summer months.
• Spa Hours are from 2:00pm - 9:30pm.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
• A Keurig and french press coffee maker are available for guest use.
• This unit is located on the 2nd floor. Access to this condo requires climbing flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• Shuttle Access: short walk to Canyon Blvd allows you to catch the red line shuttle up to Canyon Lodge
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Due to Mammoth's remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.

No refunds for mechanical failures.

• Lost & Found:

The stay was welll located for skiing and was a very nice space. The interior was clean, exactly like the pictures, and had more room that initially anticipated. The host did notify me the unit was ready early and allow for an early check in which was a nice bonus. We experienced some issues with the electronic keypad to enter the unit, I had to call the management company to gain access. The wifi was also not connected to the Internet for the majority of our stay. This did not bother us too much since we were skiing most of the day. The host/management company takes 10-20 minutes to respond to messaging, making calling the most effective form of contact. Despite these minor annoyances, I would stay here again!

This appears to be a new listing for a prior owner/management. I think the change in management will ultimately become more smooth but there were a few rocky things for now. I got the sense we were one of the first people to stay here. \n\nThe good: it’s a very efficiently used space. Cozy but didn’t feel cramped. Nice kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are great. Beds super comfy. Good temperature (some Mammoth Abnb are overly hot in winter). Good parking. The mgt company was friendly and communicated very well. \n\nA few issues: the place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. They dealt with it swiftly and fairly. The lock is a lockbox with a single key. There’s no way to do a code or to deadbolt from the inside and that made me nervous. The WiFi was bad (again not uncommon in Mammoth). They could use a couple more large pots (conversely there are about ten fry pans!) :)\n\nOverall for the time of year it was a good value and I thought the mgr co very responsive

Spent 4 nights here with my family. Great condo for families or a large group of adults. Ample space to stretch out & relax, beds are VERY comfortable, bathrooms have basic toiletries covered and heated toilet seats - an amenity I didn’t even know I needed until now. Kitchen is well appointed and they use the space available well. Appliances are basically brand new and work perfectly. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep busy, in addition to 3 TVs. The decor shows a lot of love for time spent in Mammoth; it’s very sweet. Located walking distance from the Village, even when snowing, and it’s also a short walk to the bus. We didn’t try out the hot tub or laundry facilities, but they’re located within the complex. The property management company was easy to keep in touch with and the expectations for check-in and check-out were clear. We would absolutely stay here again.
