Designed for comfortable, refreshed stays, this updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa is a relaxed home base for beach days and evenings out. The main level offers a casual, open feel for spending time together, while both bedrooms are tucked upstairs for a quieter retreat.
Head out for sun and surf, then come back to unwind by the communal outdoor pool or on the outdoor seating. The cozy layout makes it easy to relax and recharge, with a private washer and dryer included for your stay. When it’s time to explore, you’re near Coligny Beach Park, Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza, and other island favorites—great for families, couples, and small groups looking to make the most of Hilton Head.

Important Things to Note:
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance; if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
- We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
- We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
- Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
- Parking: 1 Designated parking spot. Additional guest parking is available behind this spot to the right. Please hang the orange hangtag in each vehicle for your entire stay; it will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
- Stairs: This is a two-story home and all bedrooms are on the second floor (stairs required).
- Pet policy: This community does not allow pets. Evidence of pets may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available for your use.
- Pool: The outdoor pool is communal and shared with the complex.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
Quiet Hours
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
Property Inspection
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
Cleaning
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
