When it’s time to turn in, all bedrooms are upstairs including a bunk room that’s ideal for the kids. Parking is straightforward with two dedicated spots off the alley and first-come, first-served street parking out front.

Important Things to Note
- Parking: two off-alley parking spots are available behind the home. Additional first-come, first-served street parking is available on Jackson Street. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
- Stairs: This is a two-story home; all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (stairs required).
- We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
- Salt, pepper, and cooking oil is not provided unless otherwise noted.
- Laundry: Private washer and dryer located in the 2nd-floor hallway.
- Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Evidence of pets may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
- If the home is ready before 4:00 PM, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure and is subject to availability; additional fees may apply.
- We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Check-In/Check-Out

A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.

Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.

Occupancy

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

Quiet Hours

9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.

$500 fine for noise violations.

Property Inspection

Notify us of any issues immediately.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

Pets Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.

Cleaning

Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.

Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

Utilities & Appliances

Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.

Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
