Both bedrooms feature smart TVs so everyone can wind down their way. The primary suite offers extra privacy with an ensuite bathroom, while a second full bathroom serves the guest bedroom and common areas. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays and concert-weekend wardrobes a breeze.

You’ll be based at The Odyssey, a modern community with a welcoming lobby plus an outdoor pool and gym to enjoy between outings. When you’re ready to explore, the West End location puts you close to Bridgestone Arena, Bicentennial State Park, Germantown, the Capitol, and all the music and nightlife Nashville is known for. Parking for two in the garage keeps arrival and departures simple.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 2 (hall/guest): Single vanity with ample counter space and a shower/tub combo

Things To Note:
• A private washer and dryer are available during your stay.
• Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available in the parking garage. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis.
• This unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator, if the elevator is unavailable stairs will be required.
• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
• The Odyssey complex pool is seasonal and typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided.

House Rules
• Must be 18+ to book.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits:
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
• Lost & Found:
$25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal:
Violation of rules may result in eviction without a refund.
