- No parties or events; violation will result in immediate eviction without refund
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM; please be mindful of neighbors

Smoking & Substances

- No smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included); subject to a $500 fine
- No illegal substances allowed on the property
- Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas; please dispose of cigarette butts properly

Pets

- Pets are not allowed at this property
- Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages may result in additional charges

Cleanliness & Maintenance

- Please treat the home with respect
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately
- Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges

Before You Leave

- Take out the trash and place it in the designated bins
- Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle
- Turn off lights, set AC to 78°F, and turn off all appliances before departing
