THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· There are two (2) designated parking spots available for cottage guests which are beside the home. There is another public parking spot on the street that is available on a first-come, first-served space.
· Please do not park in any marked or labeled motel parking spaces, as they are reserved for motel guests only and unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, located at and monitoring the primary entrance.
· Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
· This home welcomes families; however, please note that it is not specifically baby- or toddler-proofed. Guests with young children may want to take extra caution around décor, cords, and standard household features.
