Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single oversized vanity and an oversized shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is Star Wars themed and includes 2 twin size beds, and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home includes one (1) external security camera located at the exterior foyer and actively monitoring the parking/walkway area.
• High chair, stair gates, and portable crib available.

This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are allowed, but must be registered. Any misuse / damages found will be billed to violators.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund. This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
