Step out onto the patio, where a table for four invites you to dine al fresco or simply take in the serene, indirect lake views as the sun sets over the water. This home also includes 2 full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 1 vehicle is available, the parking pass can be picked up at the front desk.
o Pick up parking passes from the front desk. The main building is at the front of the HOA. Enter the building by going up the main staircase and into the lobby. From the lobby you will provide your reservation to the front desk and they will give out one parking pass.
o Parking is allowed anywhere in the HOA. This unit is at the backside of the complex in the middle. There are two parking lots in the back of the HOA. One on the left if you take the left upon entering or one on the right if you take a right upon entering. Follow the road to the back of the HOA towards the lake and park anywhere that is an open spot. Parking passes must be displayed on the vehicles dashboard.
