Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a full size futon, and a smart TV.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in main home.
• Parking for 2 vehicles is available just steps from the front door. One vehicle may use the designated 1D parking spot in front of the unit, and the second vehicle may park in any available unmarked space.
• Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
• High chair and portable crib available.
• Several other condos within the same complex are also available.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. See below for additional pet notes/rules.
• Pet Notes: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 1 pet per stay (dogs only).
o Dogs under 30 pounds are permitted. Pets over this weight limit are not allowed to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. under the control of their owners at all times, and not left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Disturbances such as excessive barking or aggressive behavior are not permitted.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding outdoor areas.
o Any pet-related damage will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be leashed when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, and termination of the rental agreement without refund (in severe cases)
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to follow these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

- No parties — please respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise levels.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which mandate that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) when near or in lake water.

The host was attentive and accommodating. The home had great amenities and was exceptionally clean. The carpet was immaculate and my husband loved that we could walk right out the back door straight to the docks for fishing. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything labeled so neatly.
